9 years ago today, (with 2 minutes to spare) I married my wonderful husband!! Life has been great with Keith by my side. I wouldn't want to travel this road with any other and I'm so blessed to be his wife!!! I love you, Keith!!
Here's a few pictures of our little cherubs. :) Jeren's first bath...no, I was not choking him. :) Look at his beautiful hair! Megan picking tomatoes. You can't really see the little cup in her hand to put the tomatoes in. :) Looks like Owen's got it made. :)
I don't even know where to start on how to describe what a wonderful person she is. I couldn't have asked for a better mother. She came up the day Jeren was born and stayed with the big kids, then went home a few days after I got home from the hospital and then came back a week later when Keith needed to be gone (except at night) for the week for school training. She has been here this week staying with us and we've had a great time. We've gone shopping, picture taking - couldn't have done it without her - living room re-arranging, clothes hunting, (she managed to get up here without any clothes, except what she was wearing) and just had a wonderful time in general.
Thank you, Mom, for all did and for coming and staying with us! We enjoyed it very much!!! We love you!!!
On another note, I saw these beauties the other day, so I thought I'd share. Have a great weekend!!
Jeren is blessed to have these three wonderful men in his life that he is named after.
My dad, Jerry! My brother, Jeremy! Jeren has big hands like Uncle Jeremy. And Keith's brother, Kyle!
We got to go down this weekend for Keith's grandpa's wedding and that side of the family got to meet Jeren. We also got to see Jeremy and Trelanie and let them meet Jeren. We are so blessed to have such a wonderful family. Little Miss Rachel got a new cousin on her birthday. As you can plainly see, she is not proud of that fact at all. ;) (Haha) The whole family.
This is going back to the week Jeren was born, but I saw these pictures and thought I'd do a post on them. A friend called Keith and said they needed another ball player for their team on Saturday. Of course, Keith was more than happy to play. :) We like watching him play, so we all headed out for the ball field. Owen had fun walking around with Grandpa! Us girls (and Jeren) cheated and stayed in the air-conditioned suburban most of the time. Kristyn looked out the window and saw this snake. Pretty soon another one came to join it. These two pictures are especially for you, Mom. :) Jeren 5 days old! Hit a home run, Baby! After the ball game, my dad put out the water slide. Keith even took a slide down it :)
I thought I'd share some pictures of Jeren. It's so hard to believe he's already over a week old. Time sure does fly. We are sure enjoying having this little guy. Owen calls him his "little buddy".
I hope you don't think I'm weird, but I LOVE little feet! With each baby we've had, I've taken a picture of Keith's feet and the baby's feet. So you may not enjoy the next few pictures as much as I do, but I thought I'd share anyway. :) We had the honor of having both of our parents here for a few days. Unfortunately, Keith's parents were only able to stay over night and I didn't even think to get a picture of all of us together, but we did get one with my parents on Sunday. It was so nice to have all of them here. Jeren's first Sunday! Thanks for stopping by our blog!
First of all, I want to say a big "thank you" for all the congratulations and kind words you all have posted. We are so blessed to have all of you as our friends and family. We always enjoy reading your comments!!
My mom took the older kids to the store the other day and Owen saw this tiny shirt and got SO excited. He asked Grandma if they could get it for Jeren. This morning Owen got up and put on his "hunting clothes" and asked if I would put Jeren's on. :) It was so neat to see Owen so excited about it.
I love this picture! Kristyn wanted a few pictures with Jeren, too. She's not proud of her little brother or anything. ;) It's so wonderful to have this tiny man in our family!
