Megan was even smiling while she was eating her baked oatmeal.....
but the others were pretty excited, too.

Owen started second grade.
Kristyn started fourth grade.
Miss Smiles is now in Kindergarten.
They wanted to show Grandma their new shoes. :)

Jeren and Ashlyn survived well, but they sure did miss them being gone. Ashlyn couldn't wait for them to get home....

Boys are much too cool for hugs and such! They just carried on where they left off the day before.

Awww...they are growing up SO quickly!! But that's what they're supposed to do, I guess!:) They look so cute in their uniforms and tell the kiddos that I REALLY like their new shoes!! It's cool that sisters have the same color!:) And please tell the boys that it is NOT COOL to be too cool for hugs and kisses ~ not from Grandma, anyway!! :) Looks like its been a good day. Keith looked pretty handsome and spiffy, too! Thanks for sharing this special day with us.

Wow! Three of your (and ours) precious little ones going to school! They all look so cute, and Miss Meagan does look extremely happy. Hope she always enjoys school. They're new shoes are very nice and I'm sure they can run fast in them!!! Love you all, Grandma Della
