For her birthday she had a hard time deciding what kind of cake she wanted. First is was a cake of Jesus dying on the cross.....hmmmmm. Next is was a doll cake....a little easier. But the morning of her birthday, she woke up and said she wanted a cake with strawberries all over it and Strawberry Shortcake on it. Okay, so we went to the store and found a Strawberry Shortcake little doll and made a very simple cake that she helped me with and was as proud as peaches. Can you tell?
She had a list of fun things she wanted to do on her birthday and we were able to accomplish most of them. One thing that we did that was NOT on her list was picking green beans. :) She had a super fun day and we enjoyed spending it with her!

Kristyn, I agree with your mama ~ you are a sweet six year old that definitely spreads sunshine to those around you! You and your Mama did a great job on the cake! It was so much fun having you and the rest of your family around last week!
